Project content

The main body of this low-voltage industry new factory planning project is the new factory of Shanghai Liangxin electric in Haiyan, covering an area of 206 mu. The planning scope includes 1, 2, 3, 4 workshops and automatic stereoscopic warehouse. The main production workshops include 18 production workshops including mold, injection molding, stamping, machining, electroplating, welding, electronics, finished product assembly (plastic shell, frame, intelligent electrician, brand cabinet, new energy vehicles, terminal 1, 2, 3 workshops), etc. The implementation of the project mainly includes: top-level planning of intelligent factory, intelligent scheduling (MTS / MTO strategy), layout and logistics planning (layout planning, line design, logistics design), intelligent park design, auxiliary facilities design, logistics simulation (including three-dimensional library project), 3D simulation, 3D modeling and digital twin.

Intelligent chemical plant: with the goal of creating 10 billion output value of intelligent low-voltage electrical appliances and the whole industrial chain, the construction of intelligent chemical plant in Haiyan base is constructed from four directions: Park Planning and infrastructure construction, intelligent park construction, digital twin operation and multi visit route construction.

Intelligent production: improve the level of automation equipment, develop digital chemical plant information system with MES as the core, establish lean production system, integrate simulation technology, and realize intelligent production process.

Intelligent logistics: Plan Intelligent warehousing and logistics distribution system, build automatic three-dimensional warehouse, and establish an intelligent logistics system of sea salt three-dimensional warehouse with integrated picking and matching, automatic handling, accurate distribution, transparent information, intelligent control and fine management.

Intelligent supply chain: strengthen the construction of information system, build production and operation mechanisms to support supplier collaboration, quality inspection forward, supply chain transparent management, order tracking and feedback, and gradually realize the whole process pull production mode by taking the demand of finished products as the pull, so as to effectively meet the needs of MTO / MTS mixed production organization mode of Haiyan base.
